FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We charge 1hr minimum and a prorated amount every 15 minutes after that. It is more cost effective for the client to have everything needed to get a job done. I can gladly shop for products that the client/job needs but depending on the circumstance, additional time may be applied to the quote for shopping.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I introduce myself and I go onto asking how I may assist. I listen to what the customers needs are and I create dialogue providing observation, feedback, and solutions about the job and request in question.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

There is a combined 60 years of experience with the 3 man team at Full Circle. We have a general contractor license with the CSLB, Lic #1009685. We are educated in construction processes, customer service, and manufacturer recommended applications. We like to ensure that projects get done accordingly and done appropriately to the highest degree.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Growing up I would get the urge of doing things around the house that didn't get enough attention. At the end of the day everyone was happy with the outcome and I would look forward to do the next best thing.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All sorts of people including business type, doctors, professors, stay at home parents, etc.. We have had more than 200 projects completed in other similar business platforms.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My customer had several items on the list. She needed 2 showers to be re-caulked, the floor tile grout in the main entryway had chipped out and needed to be re-grouted where the tile and wall came together, and there was a GFI that was bad and needed to be replaced. My Full Circle team went in and handled each of those very different items with quality and time efficacy.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would suggest the client to share what they would like done and when possible be specific about any factors that can affect/contribute to getting the job done (mentioning wall type, tools available, etc..)

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Personal preference on location of items or overall preference of the job in question. If not sure what to look for, no need to worry since we can go through the planning process once at their location.
